Official Issue 010 visual · Hydropower → AI Compute
The Paraguay–Taiwan sovereign computing project starts with a validation phase of around 10 MW. If successful, it envisages expansion to 100 MW, with a long-term vision of up to 1 GW. The central question is not just how many megawatts it can deliver, but how much value Paraguay can create through computing, skilled people, businesses and knowledge.
ENERGY → COMPUTE → TALENT → VALUEThe official characters from Issues 008 and 009 keep their roles: explaining the subject, examining conditions on the ground and considering the implications.
